Stay in the Historical District and enjoy either of our Private Garden Suites for the same comfortable rates:

Low Season

May 1-October 15

70USD/night for first three nights,

55USD for each additional night

High Season (excluding Holidays)

October 16-December 15, January 6-April 30

105USD/night for first three nights,

85USD for each additional night

Holiday Season

December 16-January 5

125USD/night for first 3 nights

110USD for each additional night

5 night minimum.  Holiday payment must

be paid in full by November 15. 

Holiday cancellations must be received by Nov. 15

to receive refund.

13% Hotel Tax Additional

Cancellations received more than 30 days in advance will be fully refunded.  Otherwise, no refund is available.

Payment of deposit will signify understanding and acceptance of terms and conditions of this page.

Rooms are reserved with a 50% deposit.

Payment of the balance is due upon check-in.
